JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordination with Administrator for implementing the policies, rules, regulations, protocols of the organization .
2. Maintaining disciplines in terms of staff behavior.
3. Nurturing CARR values (Care, Attitude, Respect and Responsiveness)
4. To Ensure the Cleaning in Whole ER (Emergency Room).
5. To ensure the availability of Doctor, Staff Nurse and unit receptionist at Triage area in FTO area.
6. To ensure the availability of Doctor, Staff Nurse and ward boys at all stations.
7. To Ensure the uniform policies at all CLF staff.
8. To check and ensure the functioning of every electrical, Attendance machine, Lights, CCTV cameras and other electronic accessories.
9. To ensure and check the functioning of every medical equipment, gadgets and ensure the availability of all desired accessories.
10. To ensure the proper functioning of all A.C Units and thermostats.
11. To ensure handing and taking over of patients by nursing staff in every shift.
12. To ensure the water bottles placement on water dispenser and bottle quantity.
13. Admin Officer will visit all stations in every 2 hours and take feedback of ER services.
14. Admin Officer will train other staff on software and monitor clinical and operations KPI's.
15. To build staff coordination with staff/ Laboratory / X-Rays / Ambulance etc.
16. Answer Queries by staff and patient attendants.
17. Maintain and update KPI's database.
18. Any other task as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Discription:
1. Checkout the daily transaction record.
2. Maintain Book keeping record.
3. construct the Financial Statements Quarterly, Semi Annually and Annually.
4. All the financial requirements regarding State Bank.
5. Recording all the expenses including Depreciation.
6. Maintaining the salaries of all the company's Employees.
7. Daily update all currancy rates on software.
8. Construct Fortnitly Statements
9. Construct Bank Reconciliation.
