• Responsible for supervision of Water Supply and Sewerage System.
• Liaise and coordinate with the relevant government departments (LESCO, WASA, SUI GAS, PTCL. etc.)
• Underground and Overhead Water Tanks Construction and issuance of instructions to the Sub-contractor, ensure quality control through laboratory testing, daily progress recording.
• Checking and evaluating the Sub-contractor’s resources requirement regarding construction machinery, manpower, materials, office/site establishment field laboratory facilities to ensure there compliance with respect to the approved construction schedule.
• Preparing periodical progress reports.
• Check and verify the Sub-Contractors IPC.

As Site Engineer responsible of monitoring and evaluation of in time completion of activities.
• Ensure timely completion of all project components maintaining highest quality standards.
• Proposed changes in engineering design as per site conditions to the design office. Prepared fortnight progress reports.

• Managing all kind of site activities and maintaining Quality Assurance of the work executed.
• Supervision of Infrastructure Work at Site.
• Supervision of Water Supply and Sewerage System of the Scheme.
• Negotiate the Change Orders (Prices & Quantities) with contractors.

Responsible for laboratory tests, Design mix job of concrete, Site Inspection and Day to day dealing with Consultants.
