* Monitor within region all branches IT operations.
* Provide frontline technical support to on-site and remote employees that work within the assigned regional territory, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, system issues.
* Manage PC inventory at aligned offices; perform repairs and re-imaging.

• Design Layouts, BOQ’s marking All IT Systems related layouts

• Supervise CCTV, X-Ray Scanners Machine, UVSS and Security Related Systems.
• Tested the CCTV, X-Ray Scanners Machine and UVSS with the help of the testing equipment, fixed if any malfunctions.
• Prepared equipment for installation by gathering all the necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
• To maintain the provision of information required by the CCTV Manager to assist the monitoring of the CCTV system and other security systems.
• Vigilant about Explosive items and providing surveillance system.
• Manage a project and supervise the work that is being carried.
