Responsibilities were divided in to 2 main streams:
Programmatic
1- Assisted with designing and implementation of curriculum for training modules.
2- Assisted in development of work plans and timelines for program activities.
3- Assisted in conducting, facilitating and moderating training sessions as needed.
4- Liaised and developed links with NDI’s partner NGOs, civil society, political parties and others who will participate
in the program.
Administrative
1- Liaised with Office Manager to ensure smooth coordination of program logistics.
2- Coordinating with program participants and ensured all the relevant information is fully communicated.
3- Supervised written reports on program activities such as documenting accurate participants information,
sponsored events, compiling quotes and anecdotes from participants, noting results, accomplishments, and
lessons learned.
4- Assisted Program Manager in drafting and editing monthly and quarterly reports.
5- Provided written and oral translation from English to Urdu and vice versa when necessary.
6- Reconciled financial expenses incurred with budgeted expenses and reported variance.
- Worked as an HR Coordinator, Program associate as well as Monitoring, Learning & Evaluator coordinator. Major responsibilities included:
Coordinated with Management on all HR issues (recruitment & selection, In-house trainings, filing, terminations formalities, salaries, compensation and benefits, annual appraisals)
Coordinated with Executive Director for performance improvements, suggestions & recommendations.
Problem statements, situation analysis, expression of Interest (EOI) and proposal writing for the organization. Monitored and Evaluated Project Reports.
