•Management of all Q.C matters in serving industry & management in inspection of all parts related to our production.
•All Q.C matters related to Differential Assembly, Handle, Hood, Front Body, Front Fork, CNG Kit, Muffler, Dash Board, and Chassis Assembly Process etc…
•Result recording and approving after final inspection.
Quality Control Officer
•Management of all Quality inspections according to my area assigned to me.
•Checking and controlling the temperature of Baking and Drying oven.
•Checking and controlling phosphate and Ac1 point age for paint section.
•Supervision of different mechanical tests like (Impact, Bending, Adhesion & Thickness test).
•Checking & approval of final inspection reports.
