概要
I have experience of working as mid level manager in population welfare department. I also have worked in reproductive health centers providing family planning and M.C.H services.Plus other services related to reproductive health Package. As a manager I was responsible for recruitment of staff, monitoring of field activities,supervision of field staff, co-ordination and co-operation with health department,NGOs,other agencies in public and private sector related to Maternal and child health and family planning services. I addition I was also responsible for information, education and communication activities on one to one basis and masses level as a part of advocacy campaign.
