I completed a Water, Sanitation, Health and Hygiene (WASH) project funded by UNICEF in flood affected areas of Baluchistan. In that specific component, I led engineering activities and provided support in provision of safe drinking water, sanitation for health and hygiene of the community in areas of Naseerabad and Quetta.
Job Responsibilities:
a). I provided support to the project team to review already constructed latrines in health and educational institutions at the community level and we re-constructed 18 latrines which were affected due to flood. (b). Under that project, 38 twin latrines were constructed in educational and health intuitions whereas, 13 were purely construction under my supervision and technical overview. (c). We installed 65 water supply schemes at the community level in which 15 of them were affected due to flood while I took the lead to rehabilitate them to be properly utilized by the community. I participated in the tendaring process and provided technical inputs for the construction of thirteen twin set latrines. (d). Developed final project report and submitted to the organization for review and onward submission to the donor. 

I completed ‘Integrated Rural Development’ Qatar funded project in the areas of Baluchistan, total value $1 million in which was worked on health, education and food security & livelihoods and WASH.

Activities delivered: renovated over 30 schools, provided over 100 computers with furniture in schools, renovated/rehabilitated computer laboratories in 10 schools, provided safe water to the 10 targeted health facilities, provided safe water to the 10 targeted health facilities as new, rehabilitated 8 Health facilities, constructed latrines and ensured hand-washing facilities in the 10 targeted Health facilities, rehabilitated local drainage facilities, installed health care waste management facilities in the targeted 10 RHCs.

I completed ‘Multi years of Humanitarian program’ (MYHP) Emergency Recovery Project  DFID, IOM, UK Aid  funded project in the areas of Baluchistan, total value PKR 80 million in which was worked on Shelters, food security & livelihoods and WASH.
Job Responsibilities: a) I was responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of the Projects which include emergency response, Shelters, WASH, Food security and livelihood intervention in District Killa Abdullah. (b) Developed and implemented the annual plan for the district project activities. (c)Created the implementation map to district team for the timely delivery of the project deliverables. (d) Timely provided inputs to Head Office for compilation of the donor reports. (e) Supervised and improvised the project activities in the focused union councils of the district. (f)Oversaw the data collection related to project intervention areas as set by the impact team. (g)Ensured that monthly progress reports, quarterly reports are prepared and shared with Head Office in timely manner. (h) Led the development of KPIs for project assistants, social team and field officers and reviewed their performance periodically.
