• Worked at two General Electric (GE) MS-5000 Gas Turbines of 18 MW capacity each, and have detailed knowledge of its operations and troubleshooting
• Studied the entire electrical distribution system of FFC including 13 substations, 11KV, 6.3KV and 380V electric supply
• Electrical Load Management System (ELMS) logic description study and handling
• Working with two Waste Heat Boilers (WHBs), each having a capacity of 55 tons/hr of high pressure steam (40kg/cm2)
• Handling the operation of an Auxiliary Boiler of capacity 70 Tons/hr of very high pressure steam (105kg/cm2)
• Worked in Turn Around on Gas Turbines and Boilers (including the wet washing of Gas Turbine)
• Trouble Shooting of Compressors, Steam Turbines and Pumps
• Operation of Cooling Tower of capacity 32,000 m3/hr load and optimization of its chemical parameters
• Instrument Air and Utility Air Plant operations
• Inert Gas Generation Facility controlling
• Operations of Pre-Treatment & Treatment of Raw Water, including the controlling of four separate running Demineralization Lines
