• Demonstrate selling techniques through meeting with area sale manager and OB
• Sell new products, new schemes, equip.& merchandising techniques to the existing customer basis.
• Communicate and support roll out of consumer and trade actives on regular basis.
• Participate in negotiating and drive the execution of KPIs within the territory
• Ensure that all accounts in the territory are compliant with SCL & PepsiCo. Merchandising and proper standards.
• Ensure stock availability at customer end, regular update the concerned department regarding various issues.

• Develop new business opportunities with individual accounts or convert competitor’s points
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and holistic marketing strategy that includes campaigns, events, digital marketing and social media.
• Manage lead generation through database prospecting tools and email marketing campaigns via marketing automation platforms and CRM software
• Oversee sales development; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools and materials to increase revenue
• Collaborate with product and service owners to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing services including sales materials
