Currently working as a Police Communication Officer at PPIC3, Punjab Safe Cities Authority in NOC department.
Main job responsibilities include managing network field teams while Configuring routers/switches, troubleshooting them to resolve data com issues by remotely accessing them, Monitoring and Analyzing the Network status on different levels through NMS to ensure Network stability and its active status, Preparing various network reports on daily/weekly basis I.e. Site's status, Link Management Report (40G, 10G, 1G), Link Activity Report and Site’s Creation/Removal Report etc. Keeping a close eye on critical field sites and major outage and escalates the issue if any to field team for its urgent Resolution. Performing Network operations escalations for different network related issues such as critical site down, link fluctuations, major outage or prolonged unresolved pending issues etc., while keeping a record of them to take feedback regularly from O&M team via email/call/whatsapp until the issue resolves, Performing SAT at newly added sites as well as regular site survey of existing sites for their maintenance and active status.
