Project: Peshawar Sustainable Bus Rapid Transit (PSBRT) Corridor Project Financed by Asian Development Bank (ADB) (3 multi-story buildings + 2 bus Depots + 27 km elevated corridor + 201 km mixed traffic feeder routes + 30 multi-level bus stations) Duties and responsibilities: • Construction and maintenance for the services of the depot, elevated, ground corridor, and bus stations • Outsourced vendors undertake all preventive and corrective maintenance as well as supervision of new works, which includes inputs on design, site supervision and management, and review of drawings, proposals, method statements, risk assessments, and material submittals. • Maintenance of all interior and exterior building works Identification and repair of foundation structures, structural damages, corrosion, segregation, internal and external surface cracks, paint works, and fit-out works boundary walls, and landscaping of building premises. • Maintaining firefighting equipment • Manage and supervise the maintenance work along with the smooth running of the bus operation services on the corridor. i.e., concrete repairs of NJ barriers and flexible, rigid pavement. • Preparing reports for ongoing or done activities and payments clearing according to work progress to vendors as per contract • New installation and repair work for bus charging bases and points for buses in the depot • To assist in the design, development, and implementation of operating and maintenance plans and recommendations. • To develop a maintenance contract and its supervision by checking inventories in stations, corridors, and feeder routes, calculating BOQs, and its operational specification schedule for rectification works. • Checking snag lists of done activities before handing them over Operations: • Bus Scheduling System (BSS) and Vehicle Monitoring Systems • Traffic monitoring systems, including the functioning of a BRT monitoring control room. • Surveillance System CCTV and Network Monitoring System (NMS) for monitoring. • Maintaining a database of schedules • Monitoring of urban mobility and transport operations • Working on ITS (Intelligent Transport System) for transport services. • Maintenance for the services of buildings (depot, elevated, ground corridor, and bus stations) Achievements and Awards: • Awarded as the first “Gold Standard” BRT service in Pakistan by the International BRT Standard Technical Committee, convened by the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy, February 2022 • Peshawar BRT Service secured a nomination for the “2022 Sustainable Transport” Award for improving the mobility of residents reducing transportation greenhouse and air pollution emissions.

Duties and responsibilities: • Managing construction work and workmanship at different sites. Primarily responsible for the overall site work as per approved shop drawings, method statement, specifications, and codes • ensuring adequate labor, machinery, and material on site. • Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and solving site-related problems • Keeping coordination with stakeholders for timely progress and issue updates and correspondence • Checking site safety at the site, monitoring, and ensuring risk assessments • Coordinate with the consultant and client about quality problems, site issues, slow progress, tools and machinery, and manpower. • Ensuring the quality of materials on construction projects means following the plans and specifications

Project: Peshawar Sustainable Bus Rapid Transit Corridor (PSBRTC) Project cost: 485.56 million USD. Duties and responsibilities: Supervision of construction of depot buildings, park and ride facilities for buses, elevated structures, and an underpass of the BRT corridors Reach #1 and Reach #2. • Review and recommend contractors’ submittals that include ITPs (inspection test plans), method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, progress reports, etc. for inspection and final handing over of structures and other utilities to concerned authorities. • Response to technical queries and clarifications raised by the contractor • Multistory building + BRT parking depot construction from bottom to top. • Construction of 2 basements + 3 floors of shopping area and dedicated top floor bus parking; Structure of 18 Kanal from 1.2 m raft depth till 5th floor; 02 septic tanks, 01 underground water tank, 01 overhead water tank • Authority to give NCRs (non-compliance reports) as a final warning to the contractor if the execution of work is not as per standards • Follow-up of check requests (documents for payment of bills) • Verification and correction of quantities of BOQs as per approved drawings • Review the contractor\'s quality systems and procedures and monitor implementation across the project site. I.e., waterproofing system, etc. • Leading site QA/QC issues, reviewing, issuing site instructions, and closing NCRs • Construction of public health facilities, including sewerage systems and water supply systems • Review the contractor\'s safety systems and procedures and monitor implementation across the project site. • Supervise the contractor\'s work to achieve construction in accordance with the drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents. • Checking of reinforcement, rectifying any apparent mistakes, checking the proper mix designs, checking the adequacy of proper formwork, and pouring and compacting of concrete, including curing operations. • Analyze geotechnical findings, perform appropriate calculations, and prepare logs and data reports. • Supervised 420 piles as per standard contract documents and technical drawings and specifications, including the construction of secant piles for retaining loose soil material for a boundary wall, pile load tests on test piles, and working piles. • Solving unforeseen issues on-site related to design and management • To assist and coordinate with the design team on various site-related issues. • Monitor and manage site inspection staff, reporting to the Chief Resident Engineer, and update on issues as required. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

Project: SRC (Support to returnees and their communities) Duties and responsibilities: • Project: SRC (Support to returnees and their communities) • Identification, selection, and surveying of damaged and demolished school building structures, public health facilities, roads, etc. • Preparation of estimates for the existing damaged buildings and making drawings and sketches based on surveys conducted during field visits to different sites in the previously exFATA region • Preparation of proposals for the whole small project independently. • Preparing for the other schemes, i.e., water supply, drainage, roads, finishing works, etc. • Preparing drawings and sketches using AutoCAD software • Preparation of estimates using MS Excel software 

Project: Improvement and Widening of Canal Roads, Peshawar Duties and responsibilities: • Inspection of improvement and widening of canals and roads, including retaining walls and existing road maintenance. • Inspection of Plum Concrete activities for retaining wall construction • Carrying out inspections of asphalt pavement construction. • ensuring acceptable processes and workmanship in the project work. • Ensuring the quality of materials on construction projects means following the plans and specifications. • Assisting QA and QC Engineers, such as steel reinforcement checking, is the same as in the construction drawing. • Monitoring and ensuring risk assessments 

Training for Pakistan Project/Construction of Bab-E-Peshawar Flyover Phase 3 Chowk Hayatabad Peshawar (Peshawar Development Authority-PDA)Duties and responsibilities: • I worked as a site engineer in the construction and supervision of flyover bridges and elevated structures. • Response to technical queries and clarifications raised by consultants and contractors • Review the contractor\'s safety systems and procedures and monitor their implementation across the project site. • Supervise the contractor\'s work to achieve construction in accordance with the drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents. • Checking of reinforcement, rectifying any apparent mistakes, checking the proper mix designs, checking the adequacy of proper formwork, and pouring and compacting of concrete, including curing operations. • Supervise and monitor the construction of piling works. • Inspection of the construction activities for bridges, including piling, pile caps, piers, transoms, bearing pads, girders, abutments, deck slabs, wearing course, expansion joints, bottom slab, retaining walls, barrel slabs and ramps, and earthwork
