▪     Zaiqa Food Court in Karachi, a successful event that generated 3 Million profit for Zaiqa TV.
▪     Appointed by CEO as communication head for a 30 billion rupee project with Govt. Of Sindh and Pak Oasis to install 750 water filtration plants across Sindh, developed communication plan, press conferences and press releases across print and electronic media.
▪     As communication head crafted communication plan for the launch of a 50 Mega Watt Wind Mill project with a total cost of 150 million USD, in the Wind corridor of Jhimpir, Thatta. Created communication plan with fine attention to detail to engage banks and stakeholders 
▪     Transformed 8 hours of LIVE programming capsule on Zaiqa with 50%revenue jump
▪     Revamped a new season on Zaiqa TV by hiring four new chefs and transformed the channel’s interface
▪     Improvised Satellite and TCR operations by stipulating news contracts with Pak Sat and Net-SAT for Business Plus and Zaiqa.
▪     11 hours of LIVE programming at Business Plus by formulating new FPC for current Affairs programs and hired intellectuals like Zafar Halali, Shahab Osto, M. Zubair Sidra Iqbal, etc at a much lower cost.
▪      Achieved advertising revenue targets in two months for Business Plus through improving distribution and rating by extensive trade promotions, Brand activation and better programming amongst loopholders
▪     Doubled revenue of business plus from 6million to over 12 million per month
▪     Developed a program Youth Parliament with shot over 100 episodes, engaging SEC A and B schools, colleges and universities across Pakistan to enhance brand amongst youth and engage affinity adverts.

▪     Successfully Launched Daily Aaj-Kal, total project cost 340 Million  from Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad in 2007 
▪     Managed advertising campaign of Aaj-Kal with a budget of 100 million on electronic media, print media, outdoors OOH and various BTL and brand activation activities throughout the country
▪      Arranged a Media agencies tour to Dubai for 5 days, taking 38 people from all major advertising agencies as a pre-launch event for daily Aaj-Kal in Dec 2007
▪     Shot TVC on 35mm with ten adaptations, TVC included brand endorsements from various STARS of Pakistan from sportsmen to TV actors and Film stars etc. endorsing the USPs and created a handsome share of voice at a very low price.
▪     The Media blitz included all major CNS channels, newspapers. The OOH support in all three cities was a total of 25 major sights sized mostly 20X60 and 30X90, resulting in a successful communication campaign that translated in high sales.
▪     Printed 50,000 POS material pasted on various locations all over the country especially in Press clubs and major shopping areas.
▪     Hired 70 people for DDS, brand activation and guerrilla marketing in hospitals hotels and parks and Trial generation through various BTL activities. Tractor Floats in various cities generated handsome noise.
▪     Accomplished more than projected sales target; 85, 000 copies sales per day nationwide in the first year
▪     Devised product pricing and distribution strategy with successful JIT delivery system for effective reach and delivery of the product and sold 35000 copies across the country.
▪     Congregated security deposits of 16.4 Million from distributors as a security deposit guarantee.
▪     Gathered advertising worth 40 million in 3 months by extensive marketing campaigns.
