I have been working as Accounts Officer since 2017 and have developed multiple skills during my job tenure. Skill set include ERP, MS Excel, QuickBooks Online, Pakistan Taxation, Financial Reporting and budgeting, Reconciliations etc. Currently open to work (also to relocate if suitable opportunity) and looking for opportunies at a reputed organization from mid to senior level job with title like Senior Accountant, Accounts Officer, Assistant Manager, Deputy/Assistant Director, Manager Accounts/Finance.
Currently working as Accounts Officer at Directorate of IBA Community Colleges & Schools under Sukkur IBA University.

- Bookkeeping & accounting of EMO Schools
- Preparing quarterly financial reports and submitting to relevant authority
- Dealing with external auditors and answerig their queries regarding quarterly and annual audits. Also facilitating the external audit team during their physical visits to Schools.
- Dealing with internal audit department and making compliance whereever applicable
- Ensuring tax compliance (FBR, SBR, SPPRA)
- Working proactively to ensure the expenses incurred do not exceed the budgeted amount

Deputed at ILJIN & CO, a foreign client of Feroz Aziz & Company - Chartered Accountants, as Accountant. The client set up her branch in Sukkur, Pakistan to excecute Child Care Hospital constuction project awared to client by Govt. of Pakistan.
As an Accountant, my core responsibilities were to maintain books of accounts in QuickBooks, prepare bank reconciliation regularly, ensure tax compliance as per FBR & SBR rules, support/provide data to Feroz Aziz & Company, Chartered Accountants' tax team for monthly/quarterly/annual tax filing, guide and explain Project Manager of ILJIN & Co regarding applicable tax rules.
Worked as Accounts Officer for 3.5 years and was responsible to manage accounts of SAT & SEF Projects awarded to Sukkur IBA University by Govt. of Sindh. The projects ended in June 2020.
During my tenure, I was responsbile for bookkeeping and accounting of the project, deducting taxes at source and depositing the same to relevant authorities, preparing budget and ensuring that actual expenses are incurred as per budgeted amount and allowed activity. I was also responsible for procesing payments while esnuring that the applicable tax laws (i.e. FBR/SBR rules) and procurement rules & regulations (i.e. SPPRA rules) are properly followed.
Further, MS Excel was main platform to maintain ledger, trial balance and to prepare bank reconciliation & other reports. Hence, to perform work effectively, I used to automate the reporting in excel as much as possible by using formulas like vlookup, sumif, sumifs, Iferror, pivot table etc.
