Project: Flood Emergency Project (Funded by USAID)
·       Conducted assessment and identification of flood affected farmers at District Charsadda
·       Developed Plan and strategy for distribution of the packages
·       Developed strong coordination and collaboration with district agriculture officials and Law enforcement Agencies. Managed supervised up to 15 staff (Govt & UN Staff members)
·       As team leader successfully completed the USAID Flood Emergency Response Rabi-2022 Wheat Seed and fertilizer Distribution at District Charsadda of KP.
·       Total 4818 flood affected farmers were provided support while providing them Rabi-2022 agriculture inputs packages. Additionally, as a team member successfully contributed Rabi-2022 Seed and fertilizer distribution at District Swat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under USAID project emergency component.
Project: Alternative Livelihood through High Value Crops Option Project (Funded by INL)
·       Overall managed and implemented “Alternative Livelihood through high value crops Project” at IDPs and conflict affected areas of erstwhile FATA
·       Assessment and Identification of areas and farmers growing illicit crops (poppies and cannabis) and developed tools for assessment and data collection
·       Provided high value crops seeds (veg, Cereal, Glade bulbs) and established fruits plants Orchard’s alternative to illicit crops and provided agriculture tool kits and training
·       Introduced and established high and low tunnels for production of off-season vegetable in the target area. Identified and implemented Cut flowers (Gladiolus) and vegetable (tomato) value chains related activities

Project: Restoring subsistence and commercial agriculture in newly Merged District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province (Funded by USAID and JICA)
·       Managed and supervised activities Under “Restoring subsistence and commercial agriculture in newly Merged District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province at IDPs and conflicted affected returned areas.
·       Conducted social mobilization and advocacy with farmers and local communities for alternative and legal crops cultivation in TDPs return areas
·       Developed coordination with local administration and LEAs at IDPs returned areas for smoot implementation of the project activities
·       Established walk-through tunnels and High Tunnels with progressive farmers for off season vegetable production to ensure food and nutrition security in /TDPs/IDPs return areas

Project: Provision of Emergency Nutrition Services for IDPs & host communities in district Peshawar (Funded by UNICEF Pakistan)
·       Led a team of 65 members Nutrition Project Staff including community outreach workers, social mobilizers, nutrition assistants and team leaders.  
·       Successfully conducted prior mandatory trainings for Nutrition project staff on CMAM & IYCF approaches and identified the target health facilities at District Peshawar
·       Signed MOUs with Health Department (PPHI District Peshawar)
·       Submitted documents, Progress reports to PDMA for No Objection Certificate (NOC)
Project: Health Early Recovery Project For 2010 Flood Affected People of District Charsadda and Nowshera (Funded by Help/BMZ-Germany)
·       Managed a US$ 1Million- program that focused on improving Health status of flood affected people of three Districts i.e. Charsadda, Peshawar and Nowshera of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province
·       Managed to reactivate and build the capacity of twenty (20) flood affected health facilities in three Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through repair and revitalization work
·       Implemented structured capacity building training program on primary health care services for 1630 health staff (LHWs, LHSs and Paramedics) at District Peshawar, Charsadda and Nowshera KP Province
·       Engaged a private IT firm for development of web based LHIMS for LHW Program of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province
·       Provided medical equipment including five dental unites to flood affected health facilities to twenty-two (22) health facilities’
·       Formed twenty-eight (28) health committee on each health facility level and linked the communities to health facilities through community mobilization process 
·       Successfully coordinated with all government departments to achieve the proper implementation of the project activities by getting Non-Objection Certificates (NOCs) and signing Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs)
Project: Emergency/Early Recovery Project for Flood Affected People of Erstwhile FATA (Funded by SDC-Swiss Development Cooperation)
·       Conducted assessment and identification of flood affected households for emergency cash support. Development collaboration with FDMA for the project activities implementation
·       Implemented a project of US$ 350000/- supported flood affected people  for reconstruction of their houses at Khyber and Mohmand Agencies of FATA
·       Provided financial assistance to 800 flood affected families by giving them Rs.25000/- per family in three instalments.
·       Managed to Construct and revitalize 35 Community Physical Infrastructure Schemes (CPIs) including water supply schemes and street pavements in 35 villages of Khyber and Mohmand Agencies of FATA
·       Submitted quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly and project end reports to the regional office, head officer and to the donors

• Established the Agency level office for FATA Disaster Development Authority at Tehsil Jamrud Khyber Agency
