Overall supervision of maintaining safety at site.
 Maintaining required HSE related Engineering.
 Prepares and ensures effective implementation in respect of adherence and HSE and safety policy and procedural requirements.
 Ensures project's designs on inherent technical safety criteria.
 Ensures that project design incorporates and implements current Corporate and company Standards.
 Ensures all safety activities, duties and responsibilities are incorporated in project HSE planning and that no conflicts arise which could prevent implantation of their Safety and /or HSE programs.
 Monitors the projects Safety/HSE target schedules to ensure that they are being achieved effectively and efficiently in accordance with Corporate, Company & Project requirements.
 Providing safety cover according to the requirement.
 Arranging all hands meeting for the workforce.
 Coordinating during emergency evacuation drill and medical emergency drill.
 Providing control measures / corrective action for the hazard/unsafe act/unsafe condition observing at site.

 Prevention of accident and incidents.
 Develop & implement HSE Plan.
 Develop & implement Emergency evacuation plan.
 Carry out fire drills to overcome emergency situation.
 Enforcement of safety rules and regulations.
 Implementation of safety rules and International Practice of safety.
 Risk assessments for site activities.
 Manage emergency first aid situation (Heat Stroke, Heat Exhaust).
 Monitoring of scaffolding erection.
 Monitoring P.T.W and hot work permits.
 Daily Safety inspection of unsafe conditions, unsafe actions and safe use of PPE.
 Monitoring Safety Training, Health & Welfare needs.
 Conducting site safety officer meeting safety observation reports.
 Monitoring compliance to safety policy and HSE objectives.
 Safety Awareness induction.

Conduct GCM & Toolbox Talk . Training Session . Emergency Drills , Audit , Inspection ISO Documentation , Closing all HSE Documents.
Incident , Accident & Near Miss Investigation . maintain Health & Hygiene & Work Place & Environment Too.
 Implementation of HSE plan.
 Conduct TBT (Tool Box Talk).
 HSE inspections of all tools being use during work.
 Assurance of proper PPE’s in the area.
 Supervising work area for complete Safety and assuring efficient, reliable and effective
measures.
 To comply Company policies and procedures.
 Ensure that safety policies and rules has to been followed during dismantling,
commissioning and load test
