I start my work at Federal Urdu University of Arts Science and Technology Islamabad Education Sector as Account and Audit Assistant where i have worked for 5 Years .then i move to Development /Social sector National Rural Support Programme(NRSP) here at NRSP i worked at different position ,Programme officer Monitoring ,Evaluation and Research, Programme officer Human Resources Development .I also look the Health and Education Sector at Regional level I am working from past 7 years in NRSP. Now I am Regional Professional HR/Admin/HRD
Maintain the Record of Insurance /HR/Medical & Vehicles in Management Infomation System,
New employee interviews, preparation of their contract Records of Employee Files record of approved requisition, record of all kind of leaves.
Maintain the Assets Record at Regional Office and Branch office level
Coordinate with other sector to facilitate in Administrative related matters
Reporting of Insurance /HR/Medical & Vehicle MIS to HO Mgt. Also Focal person of Regional Environmental and Natural Resources Management.(ENRM)
Any other task assigned by RGM
•Identification and developing Training Needs assessments (TNA) profile of participants nominated from field level.
•Identification of the training needs of NRSP regional staff regarding capacity building.
•Assist in setting up and develop the training material in HRD (Curriculum according to training).
•Compile HRD information for Database.
•Facilitate staff for arrangements of village Specialist trainings.
•Responsible to assist preparation of regional plans for HRD.
•Conducting studies on utilization of Skills.
•Preparing regional project proposal for HRD components of the programme include R&D activities
•Monitoring of all HRD activities.
•Conduct and Impart training sessions
•Assist Pin establishment of collaborative linkages between development research institutions/agencies and Head offices.
•Linkages between Head/regional offices and local training institution on continuous basis.
•Responsible for collection of information on Media coverage in region and report to Head Offices.
•Responsible for making Monthly and Quarterly report about HRD activities to Head Office.
•Managing online HRD Management Information System (MIS) on regular basis
•Keep all the updates regarding training
•Prepare training work plan of regional on-going projects
•Developed data base of all programme activities.

•Taking all necessary steps to improve and maintain the quality of social mobilization as defined in the SM Project.
