Primary responsibility is to coordinate in daily operational activity of department besides this responsibility managing administrative affairs along assisting Director Operation is also key responsibility.
Assisting Director Operations:
• Assisting Director Operations SGS Pakistan in his daily activities
• Arranging traveling itinerary and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
• Manage calendar weekly/yearly Schedule appointments.
• Arrange and Consolidate the monthly budget reports.
Administration related task:
• Provide full admin support to the field operations team and department.
• Process local Purchasing after pricing research (arrange purchase requisition/ purchase order).
• Suppliers/Sub contractor’s yearly evaluation.
• Maintain and monitor records of expenditures.
• Planning events like board meetings and official Breakfast/lunch dinners /hi-tea.
• Assist the Dept head to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report for the field operation.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, Presentations and other documents on behalf of director operations
Operational Integrity Management System Coordinator:
• OIMS Monthly reporting to regional heads.
• Arrange fortnightly Safety session to meet OI targets.
• Schedule Monthly OI Field audits for OI leaders to meet OI target.
• Yearly Operational Risk Assessments review and documentation with QHSE team as per OI standards and guidelines.
Others
• Map out training plans for department employees.
• Training need Assessment with HR team for OGC department.
• Internal Audits
• Yearly Customers Feed Back Process.
Assisting IT head SCB

-Administration related task
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Maintains customer records by updating User account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Make the analysis of the Machine warranties
• Arrangement of the technical support on the customer location (Nationwide within the targeted time)
• Engineer visit and Activity report and update system accordingly.
• Maintaining engineers records (Attendance/overtimes/Trainings)
• Data entry and Updating on CRM.
• Customer feed bake reports
