 Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordination with Regional Manager
●      Check the DPD reports
●      Coordination with branches
●      Preparation of daily reports
●      Prepare report area wise for BIZMOM.
●      MIS of new hiring and transfer of employees in area
●      Imposing bank policies in best ways.
●      Coordination with branches relating all issues.
●      Surprise visits to ensure punctuality and quality of working staff.
●      Prepare daily projection to all branches and send to daily regional office.
●      Employee’s verification for new hiring.
●      Provide assistance to regional manager relating official concerns.
●      Assist in the implementation of policies which protect and ensure the general    welfare of the bank.
