Working as Trainee Engineer at RDF processing plant DG Khan Cement Company, Pakistan
Worked in mechanical maintenance department with following responsibilities:-
* Assigned as supervisor of mechanical & maintenance department for first 03 months.
* Used professional and analytical approach in finding out the problems and their solutions.
* Observed and performed repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant including conveyer belts, hydraulic drive systems, engines, bearings, drive shaft and pulleys.
* Experienced the maintenance of heavy machinery in plant including Shredder, Wind Sifter (air knife), and Bailer. Also experienced the working of hydraulic machines like cranes, excavators, dumpers and tractors.
* Examined and replaced the parts of hydraulic drive system, engines, drive shafts and pulleys which get damaged due to malfunctions, faults and destruction.
