I have been working as a Senior Sales Executive for our UK Clients providing Hotels Rooms and Cruise, Safari and Ticket reservations and all of the above Our role was providing a Best customer services in UK For our Tourism Industry.

I was a Manager There & was handling sales to our client's for work permits to middle East countries & was Handling Outbound and inbound calls center in our office with the staff of 15 People getting queries for Permits or Tickets.

I have worked there with Domestic clients although U. K clients providing Tours to different locations. Left that company because of corona virus.

I have been Hired on a Contract basis for 6 months as a Sales consultant or sales Cordinator & learned about Sabre & Galileo GDS. Ahmed Sab & Illyas sab taught me how to make reservations and cancellation policy on GDS & taught me about customize Tours and Honeymoon packages for our UK clients.

I worked as a Supervisor consultant For 5 star Hotel in Riyadh,Saudi Arabia Four Seasons Hotels which have branches in all over the world & I was employed for almost 6 months in Apartamentos of Employees of Four Seasons Hotel.

I was working as a Supervisor in a travel agency based in Kigali and learned a little about GDS. I have got an excellent opportunity to explore the countries in East Africa as a Tourist Guide along with the clients with Different EU countries & American or Canadian people's.
