o Provide regular performance reporting on resource and operational issues across all assignment, to ensure any performance deviations are addressed in a timely manner.
o Develop relationships with appropriate suppliers both domestic and international to ensure safe, cost effective, and smooth flow of materials.
o Vendor selection, Evaluation & Performance of new and existing vendors & subcontractors and expedite them to keep the project schedule on time.
