I worked there as a trainee industrial consultant in chemical department. The core responsibilies include:
Indentification of Industrial oppertunities in Pakiston
Enlisting world top countries and the top companies in the particular secrtor
Contacting investors for industrialization
Communication with chinese companies for technogies and know how
Briefing the other departments and manager about the activities on monthly basis.
I was working as a content manager. The work was basically to proof read already written articles, bogs etc and to organize the contents . I also work as academic writer, working on various formats of writing.

More than that it also let the individuals know their strengths and weakness and work on themselves to uplift their personality traits.
The program also focuses on the basic communication skills, specifically English language.
Worked as internee engineer. Had group work to understand the process via flow sheets. Learned about the equipments used there and had been given a task to modify the ongoing plants operations and techniques or to study the supply and demand and come up with solutions which could give the plant more and more profit.
Finally we made a draft which was much appreciated by the supervisor.
Worked for one month as intern chemical process engineer. I had field visits of the plants and learnt more about the ongoing process, mechanisams, operations and the equipments used. Had also spent some time on the utility section.
