Production Planning Department:

Responsible for taking sales orders to follow up for the material to be ordered.
Preparing production plan keeping in view the productivity of plant.
Interaction with marketing & sales, production, quality assurance and maintenance managers to reschedule in case of design changes, material shortage and quality issues.
Work with procurement and store personal to make sure the availability of raw material as per sales projection.
To support and promote all QHSE policies and procedures.
Schedule and conduct H.S.E induction training in-house for all new entrants.
Conduct periodic inspection of vehicle, equipment, tools and firefighting facilities.
Inspect the work site daily and highlight the unsafe acts and conditions.
Display all the relevant cautionary instructions and safety symbols at the workplace to make sure that products are made efficiently and timely.

Production & New Product Development Department:

Supervise employees also perform planning and directing work to the floor staff.
Identify and implement cost saving initiatives related to packaging materials, labor & storage.
Specify test methods and recommend efficiency tool to develop & validate packaging designs.
Analyze material properties & provide effective and reliable packaging designs to Plant Head.
Analyze engineering specifications of product to determine physical characteristics of item, special handling and safety requirements and types of materials required for packaging.
Implement all test plans to ensure that packaging designs exceeds customer specifications.
Rejection control through developing and maintaining the strong quality policy.
Development of 3 and 4-layer ketchup pouches, 3 and 4-layer cosmetic pouches, detergent samples, 2 and 3-layer soap wrappers, bubble gum wrapper, jelly wrapper, edible Oil pouches with degrammage, ghee pouches, and range of Polyethylene and nylon based blown films.
To test and prepare QC analysis of samples (Tensile strength, Seal strength, C.O.F, GC, WVTR, OTR etc.) for product development purpose.
To ensure Dispatch Plan as per customer requirement and resource availability.
Report the working conditions to the Plant Head.

Research & Development (R&D) Department:

A simple definition of “Research and Experimental Development” more generally referred to as Research and Development (R & D) comes from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development “creative work undertaken on a systematic basis in order to increase the stock of knowledge, including knowledge of man, culture and society, and the use of this stock of knowledge to devise new applications.” R & D is planned, creative work aimed at discovering new knowledge or developing new or significantly improved goods and services. This includes

(a) Activities aimed at acquiring new knowledge or understanding without specific immediate commercial applications or uses (basic research).
(b) Activities aimed at solving a specific problem.
(c) Systematic use of research and practical experience to produce new or significantly improved goods, services, or processes development.

Worked on Quality Assurance (QA) Department for the enhancement of product and service quality and an increase of customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance Department (QA):

Quality assurance is always the back bone of any company. Which provide, develop and maintain a system of quality assurance management. Such system covers not only processes of sampling, working with specifications and organizing researches, but also development of documentation and techniques which guarantee satisfactory quality of products and services.

The work is focused, first of all, on preventing the claims from customers. The general objective of quality assurance department is an enhancement of product and service quality and an increase of customer satisfaction.

Production Department:

Technology for reduction of sulfur in diesel fuel to 15 ppm is currently available and new technologies are under development that could reduce the cost of desulfurization. variation in feedstock sulfur content and the amount of cracked stock may be very influential in the choice of process option and cost of desulfurization. The ability and willingness of refiners to invest depends on an assessment of market economics.

Hydrotreating is a catalytic chemical process widely used to remove sulfur (S) from natural gas and from refined petroleum products such as gasoline or petrol, jet fuel, kerosene, diesel fuel, and fuel oils.

The purpose of removing the sulfur is to

• Reduce the sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions
• Sulphur poison the catalyst during the catalytic reforming of naphtha
• Huge amount of sulphur is recovered from refinery
• Sulphur cause corrosion in engine

This purpose of doing this project is to enhance subject in broader level. That how the presence of sulphur in fuel effect both environmentally and physically. And now today we need a fuel which don’t affect our environment and engine.

• Training on emergency fires & emergencies situation
• Maintain data records and reports as needed on timely basis

Calculated the operating working efficiency of the main pump working in the refinery

Quality Assurance (QA) Department:

Being a Quality student and Quality Internee in Quality Assurance Dept. I would like to give my opinion and loops in the Quality Assurance Dept.
The work is focused, first of all, on preventing the claims from customers. In case of receiving such claims on quality of provided products and services, the department starts searching the reasons and effects of the revealed discrepancies. Quality Assurance means the completion of a project in accordance with the previously agreed specifications and functionality required without defects and possible problems.

A process is a shortcut to doing an assigned piece of work quickly. Which is lacking just because a foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds.” Said by Ralph Waldo Emerson\".
Quality is not an act, it is a habit \"said by Aristotle\"

To build this habit we need to work on employees and keep their loyalty with us by facilitating them with Continuous and consistent development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance management system. Staff training and compliance with the requirements of the quality assurance management .Quality control over provided products and services in accordance with the Rules and Standards of the company. Developing and making arrangements for enhancing the quality of provided products and services.
