§  Maintain internal and external relationships with formal and informal stakeholders, government departments at the local and district level and establish early rapport, and provide an overall orientation of the project.
§  Coordinate with the provincial partners of Aawaz II and support in the establishment of the district forums. Contribute to the process and advocacy agenda of the district forum.
§  Support the Training Officer in managing the capacity-building activities and supervise the process of selection, training, mentoring of youth volunteers, and implementation of social action projects.
§  Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Escalate risk and safeguarding related concerns to the relevant focal person at the Aawaz II PMU. Be the safeguarding focal point for the Downstream Partner.
§  Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
§  Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly progress reports and other reports as agreed with the hiring organization.
