Reporting and coordinating all program development efforts in the assigned region.
Identifies and analyzes new program opportunities within the region, regularly monitoring opportunities from primary donors.
Creates program development budgets and justifications. Monitors and reports on the status of budgets.
Coordinates regularly with field staff and other departments engaged in program development in the assigned region.
Ensure that the tracking database is kept up to date for all ongoing program development in the assigned region.
Identifies, leads, and supports new traditional and non-traditional program opportunities. Manages proposal process from start to finish, ensuring donor standards and requirements are met.
Analyzes opportunities and makes recommendations on potential program strategies.

§  Project planning: Project planning and proposal development in innovative manners according to donor calls and requirements with the consultation of the CEO.
§  Report writing: progress reports at the project and organizational level
§  Monitoring, Evaluation & Research: Development of a comprehensive overall monitoring and evaluation framework, toolkits including performance indicators and benchmarks for each aspect to ensure transparency and accountability in compliance with Rural Aid Pakistan’s overall strategic directions;
§  Establishing and managing a performance monitoring framework with clear-cut goals, outcomes, outputs, inputs, processes, indicators, data needs, and sources, and reporting formats and frequency, for effective monitoring, reporting, and updating progress and projects;
§  Baseline data will be collected through survey and review of existing information;
§  Any other relevant assignment assigned by the management according to the work requirements
§  Lead on planning and implementation of Project activities at the district level in relation to establishment and management of structures, recruitment of teams of the Tehsil Aawaz Aagahi Centres (AACs), Outreach Teams, Village Forums, Aawaz Youth Volunteers, and other key activities within the scope of work of downstream partners. Supervise the delivery process to achieve set targets and outputs.
§  Act as the point of contact and communication between the downstream partner and the respective provincial focal person in the Aawaz II PMU and liaise with the program provincial implementing and resource partners for carrying out different activities at the field level.
§  Put in place the office and team management processes and ensure compliance with Aawaz II operational guidelines and procedures.
§  Maintain internal and external relationships with formal and informal stakeholders, government departments at the local and district level and establish early rapport, and provide an overall orientation of the project.
§  Coordinate with the provincial partners of Aawaz II and support in the establishment of the district forums. Contribute to the process and advocacy agenda of the district forum.
§  Support the Training Officer in managing the capacity-building activities and supervise the process of selection, training, mentoring of youth volunteers, and implementation of social action projects.
§  Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Escalate risk and safeguarding related concerns to the relevant focal person at the Aawaz II PMU. Be the safeguarding focal point for the Downstream Partner.
§  Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
§  Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly progress reports and other reports as agreed with the hiring organization.
Comply with the safeguarding standards in planning, implementation, and monitoring of activities and being safeguarding focal person, escalate safeguarding issues to the Safeguarding Focal Person, AAWAZ II PMU, and cascade safeguarding policy and reporting mechanisms

I was working as M&E and reporting trainer with NCRD and conducted various sessions for government officials and local organizations. INTRO Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (AHKNCRD) was established as a Federal Training and Research Institution in the year 1979 and become operational in 1983, it was declared as an attached department of the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development in 1988. In recognition of invaluable services rendered by late Dr. Akhtar Hameed Khan for the cause of community development, strengthening of civil society and socio-economic empowerment of the poor and marginalized people living in informal settlements in Pakistan, Government of Pakistan renamed NCRD as Ahktar Hameed Khan National Center for Rural Development and Municipal Administration (AHKNCRD&MA). On 16th May, 2013 AHKNCRD become an attached department of Establishment Division. Besides, catering to the training and research needs of rural development, municipal administration themes, AHKNCRD liaises with various international agencies like CIRDAP, AARDO and LOGOTRI in present while in past with SAARC, APO, UNICEF, ILO, FES, ESCAP and other such organizations engaged in rural uplift endeavors.

Managing mega-events to celebrate” World NGO Day” on 27th February every year with the participation of relevant stakeholders. 3. Establishing Social Workers Encouragement, Recognition & Appreciation (SEWRA) awards. 4. Printing a Magazine “Greater Good” to cover achievements of NGO sector and relevant departments. 5. To conduct Greater Good talks and tourism. 6. Publishing NGO’s directory.

I was engaged in World NGO Day, Pakistan and it can be marked through local, regional and community based organizations projects to celebrate NGOs’ vital activities and contribution to society. Intro Society can take an active part in celebrating World NGO Day which will help raise awareness of this sector. Potential ways for NGOs and everyone to celebrate as part of World NGO Day include: → cooperating with local schools/universities to run a simulated World NGO Day events for students and pupils to learn about issues at NGOs or opportunities, from local charities to international movements. → Organizing activities to raise awareness, such as sharing messages with the community via online, TV, Radio, newsletters or local newspapers. → hosting celebratory events to raise awareness and funds. → organizing an NGO “Exchange” event to swap goods and ideas with others. Showcasing the achievements of NGOs through events or awards.
