Preparation of Piping Layouts, Propose new piping routs others arrangement for new pipelines
Plan, Section, Supports Isometric drawings in detail
Preparation of Piping 3D Model.
Preparation of Under Ground Piping Its Details
Rough Sketches, Site Measurements,
Take As-Built Data From Site
Preparation of MTO BOM of Project
Preparation of As-built drawings as per final dimensions received by Production Department.
Preparation Modification of P ID and PFD
Preparation of Steel Structure drawings for installation, proposed new Platform, Walkway ,Pipe Rack,
Preparation of Steel structure Framing Plans, Footing Plan, Elevations, welding and Bolted joint Details,
Stairs, Monkey Ladder, handrail Details etc.
Preparation of Sheet Metal Fabrication Drawings (Development of Ducts, Hoppers, Chute, eccentric / Concentric Reducer, Miters, eccentric / Concentric transition ETC.)
Inspect parts dimensions according to drawings after completion
Site Supervision
Checking all third party drawings.
Other Mechanical related jobs as assigned by the Company
Manage all documents / Drawings as per IMS policies.
