•Reconciled the stock and inventory data after performing stock counts.
•Performed audit activities and market visits of Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) areas.
•Conducted YTD and MTD activities with the Pre-Selling Officers (PSO), Sales Development Executives (SDE) and the Sales Managers (SM) in Lahore Territory for the achievement of the targets of My-Cooler project and annual sales target.
•Performed random periodic verification of My-Cooler project for the disputed Cold Drink Equipments (CDE).
•Conducted physical verification of CDE’s for injection and retrieval, also for the disputed, missing and shifting cases to maintain the records.
•Pasted barcodes on CDE’s and scanned them with the PDA device.
•Visited the Kot Lakh Pat Sales Center (KLP), the Center of Excellence (COE), CCBPL Plant Raiwind Road and the Araiyan CDE warehouse with the senior finance specialist to understand the process of Audit, Finance and Sales.
