• Ensuring the test requisition and samples are complete and adequate as per SOP / methods / clients requirements, before the samples are sent to the laboratory for testing.
• Coordinating with other members of the staff of the laboratory for matter related to tests.
• Answering inquiries from Customer on test status, standard, procedures, results and charges.
• Monitoring the progress of the tests and liaise with the Laboratory Supervisors to ensure that the tests are completed within the stipulated time.
• Ensuring that the test reports are packed with all the necessary enclosures.
• Maintaining all communications received from the buyers in order.
• Receiving and recording of all complaints.

.• Collect samples from designated machines for quality inspection. Hold the lot if inspection results are unsatisfactory.
• Check whiteness, absorbency, pH, Tegawa rating in department and then submit the remaining sample to the lab for further tests.
• Inspections of machines, chemical and fabric in process for faults, collection of test reports from lab.
• Make reports in detail regarding the process and attach lab results with these reports and file them accordingly

• Pre-treatment of synthetic, cellulosic and blended fabrics by exhaust, semi-continuous and continuous process.
• Dyeing of different types of fibers with direct, reactive and Sulphur dyes by exhaust process.
• Printing of fabrics with reactive and disperse dyes.
• Discharge printing style.
• Color tests by ISO methods.
