Working with field instruments such as transmitters, thermocouples, mass spectrometers etc.
Installation, Maintenance and Calibration of Electronics Cards, Blocks and Equipment's.
Tell and Maintain the call up cards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Test and Calibration Lab
Test and rectify the problems in Electronic blocks and PCB cards.
Test and calibrate the different Multimeter Digital/Analog, Function Generator, Oscilloscope, etc. with Primary Standard.
Prepared the Elementary & electrical diagram of Different Change Approval.
Preparation the pre job planning, Programming of Logic Control and simulating with Simulated Module.
Test/Programming of Different Programmable Equipment’s like as Process Recorder, Temperature Controller, etc
FIELD
Working in 11kv, 415v, 220v, HT / LT and AC / DC supply.
Control the speed and regulation of DC drives range from 40kilo watt to 7.3 mega watt.
Maintenance AC (induction) and DC motors.
Using Russian technology in reversible DC drives.
Installation, Maintenance and Calibration of Electronics equipments.
Producing instrument field drawings such as plot plan of instruments, layout of instrument wiring, junction box, main cable, DCS & ESD drawings.
Control the two zone speed of DC drives.
Handling the troubleshooting during Process.
Limits and coefficient setting of inverting and intensity setter.
Set and control the voltage and current regulators.
Adjust the high voltage and low voltage sensors.
Alpha minimum and alpha maximum setting and firing angle of Thyristor Bridge.
Check the signaling and protection of Regulation and Dynamic side of DC drives.
