AWKUM Entrepreneurship Society was established in 2011. Mr. Shah Hussain Awan (Faculty Member, Department of Management Sciences), the developer of the idea of the society, was nominated as a Focal Person of the society. The society has participated in various national events. The pioneer members of the society, Mr. Amad Ali Shah, Ms Charanjeet Kaur, and Ms. Mehwish Nadeem, have won the second prize in All Pakistan Business Plan Competition held at FAST University, Peshawar Campus. The members of the society have also remained runners up in many business plan competitions held in 2012 and 2013. My message: Focal Person Message: It has always remained a matter of great pleasure for me to worked volunteered as a Vice president of Abdul Wali Khan University entrepreneurship society since 2013 to 2015 during my education to gain knowledge. I always honored and often humbled to be that society aims at bridging some of the gaps between we students and business industry by imparting efficient entrepreneurship skills essential in today's globalized world. It also strives to implant high ethical standards into our peers. My enthusiasm and confident develop future business leaders in me and cultivate innovative ideas and entrepreneurial thinking for my future.
