• Conduct survey and draft report on environmental impact due to construction projects.
• Calculate cost, time, and labor requirements for the project.
• Collect required date and determine the feasibility of construction.
• Plan and schedule construction work and assign work to labor and staff.
• Inspect and monitor progress at construction sites.
• Handling IRS & MIR.
• Dealing with Client & Consultant.
• Handling of changes in Shop drawings
• Handling the approval of all the site work
• Ensuring the Health & Safety of the Worker at site etc
