Presently I am responsible to manage the shop floor activities, planning and Die maintenence of Press shop,

 Responsible to prepare and execute the Production Plan according to customer demand.
 Responsible for Tool & Die maintenance activities (Reduced the down time form 13 hrs. to 4 hrs. per month by using TPM/PM activities).
 Reduce the processing cost through compound and family die concept up to 7% (0.13 Million Rupees/Month)
 Responsible for the Yaris or 662B vehicle Child Parts Die Development with Vendors.

Marubeni Itochu Dawood (MID) is the first full fledged Steel Product processing Center in Pakistan.
As a Assistant Manager production my responsibilities are,
Plan and schedule the Daily Production Plan of the Plant.
 Increase the Production rate up to 20% by using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
 Reduction of Scrap through rust removing methods (saved up to 25000 Rupees/month).
 Responsible to train new engineers and workers about the Operations (Training of Cut to Length lines, Slitter Line, Shearing Machine, Overhead Cranes and Fork Lifter)
 Manage and control the Quality of raw material and finished Product (Coils and Steel Sheets).
 Attended the 10th Asian Plant Manager Meeting; conducted in Thailand.

I have been worked on different drawings of Ship Design,testing the quality of material that is being used for manufacturing of ships with the help of non destructive tests and visited the machine shop to understand the methods use for advance manufacturing(CAD & CAM)

I have worked on different piping diagrams ,types of valves ,coating of pipes to avoid corrosion and visited different oil terminals.
