• Working from 1, March 2016 in “Varioline intercool Pvt Limited” (Varioline Services Pvt Limited) as Executive Human Resource Management in Head Office Lahore.
• Participates and administers the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and staffing levels, applicant evaluation, interview and selection process, and related tasks.
• Managing Organization wide recruitment and selection function, Designing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures.
• Provides assistance, facilitation and guidance in conducting counseling sessions for employees who have demonstrated behaviors not aligned with the company’s corporate values
• Implementation of the Performance management system and facilitate on annual performance appraisals
• Finalization of annual increment, promotions, salary changes of staff and obtaining its approval from the higher management
• Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
• Responsible and analyzing the payroll data of staff on monthly basis.
• Monitoring of timely updates of personnel files, leave records etc
• Ensure the smooth execution of the ERP (HRIS) in all fields.
• Monitoring the Time & Attendance and Employees personal records.
• Responsible for Industrial Relations i.e. EOBI, PESSI and Labor department.
• Aware employees regarding provident funds and other benefits.
• Responsible for HR Employee services and Employee/Labor relations
• Perform admin responsibilities as well of Head Office.
