Handle customer queries related to products and services through emails. Attend walk- in customers/guests and help them with their queries. Operate telephone exchange for all internal calls for and from employees. Process sale activities through system (SAP) and maintain record (filing). Responsible for receiving all POs (Purchase Orders) and coordinating with Finance & Logistics department for stock ordering, deliveries and customers back orders. Follow up with customers for product quotations, POs and outstanding payments. Maintaining the record of incoming/ outgoing mails/posts. Assisting Sales Team in Sales Process fulfilment. Performing other tasks assigned by the line manager. Responsible for repair tools at Jail road facility. Responsible for Stock management of HILTI Display centre. Generating Quotation and also send to customers. Reply of inquiry to customers. All documents are filling for maintaining records. Accounts opening of customer in system with Marketing, Finance & I.T department. Emailing for approvals with Country Manager & Line Manager on Outlook. And also issues solving purpose to other departments. Coordination with Sales team on national level. Preparing reports on Excel sheet behalf on SAP. Coordination with Finance and Supply Chain department.
