To assist the program Manager in Validating and Strengthening of PTC in both the districts,

To assist Program Manager in PTC mobilization in both the districts;

To assist Program Manager in carrying out PTCs Situation Analysis Survey in ADB funded schools in both the districts;

To write daily progress reports for onwards submission to Program Manager for his record;

To assist Master Trainer in conducting PTCs Training Program

To arrange awareness sessions with community members on benefits of education;

To motivate PTC members for efficient management of school related issues;

To identify Non-schooling children in the surrounding villages of ADB funded schools and motivate their parents for getting them admission in the school;

To assist program Manager in collection of data concerning project related activities;

To perform other duties of the project as required by the Program Management Unit

Social Mobilization for Literacy Program.

Identification of learners in coordination with community social organization, teacher, Social Organizer and Supervisors.

Submission of weekly plan/ operational plan to General Manager, Regional Literacy Trainer, Finance & Admin Officer.

Conduct 100% baseline assessment, 25% assessment of book1, book2 and final assessment of literacy centers and submit report.

Training of supervisors and teachers for all books.

Assess training need assessment of supervisors and teachers of literacy centers.

Monitoring of literacy centers at least 5 times in the life of center.

Initiate those corrective measures along with concerned staff for the advocacy of literacy program.

Collection of data of literacy centers on M&E standard formats from the sub-supervisor, local monitors for monitoring support and its submission to DLO, RLT and GM (HDSU).

Office management as well as equipment and assets.

Submit monthly progress report and Compile & Consolidated report at the end of the phase to Human Development Support Unit (HDSU), Regional Literacy Trainer and Provincial Literacy Coordinator.

Build up the capacity of supervisors of NCHD along with LFA on social mobilization process.

Trained the supervisory staff and teachers of EEF (LFA) Literacy for All projects and NCHD for all books in the following districts; Mardan, Swabi, Charsadda.
