Over here I have worked with business development team to secure various jobs for my company and promoted its services to various international as well as local clients.I am currently working as Assistant Manager at NESPAK and have over 8+ years work experience in the field of Business Development, Procurement and Administration.
Preparing Budget for all the promotional activities such as conferences, meetings, brochures, industrial expo kiosks and give aways.
Short listing and evaluating tenders from various newspapers and websites.
Contacting local and foreign clients for business development of services provided by NESPAK.
Preparation of promotional literature such as :
A) Quarterly news reports
B) Project sheets and service sheets
C) Introduction of NESPAK
D) Leaflets and pamphlets
E) Organization chart
Worked with the Business Development team and advertising agencies, designers and print media for newsletters, advertisements and content creation.
Updating official website and offical social media platforms.
Communication and coordination (within the department and externally), such as emails, memo's,announcements, minutes, reports, etc.
Press & public relationing.
Keeping liaison with the editors of engineering Magazines to publish Nespak achievements and performance review.
Procurement all the office equipment including computers, furniture, printers, projectors and other electronic devices etc.
Inventory management and issuing purchase orders for the procurement related activities.
Managing the internal and external audits for asset verification and purchases.
