Before then I worked at Urooj Autos(FMCG Base Company)Sales department where I served 5 Years as Asst. Warehouse Officer.

• Assess stock levels in all kitchens and review daily requisition raised by Executive Chef in accordance with the business forecast
• Monitor daily receiving of fruit, vegetable, meat, chicken and seafood
• Check and sign the receiving reports, purchase requisition and purchase orders of Food, Beverage, General, and Engineering.
• Review ordering of as and when required items of Food & Beverage and General Items, keeping in mind that inventory, levels must be kept as low possible without compromising the efficiency of the hotel.
• Monitor quarterly inventory of crockery cutlery and linen.
• Buffet costing ( Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-Tea, and Dinner twice in a year and report to Director F&B, Director Finance
• Conduct periodic spot checks of food and beverage outlet to determine to adhere and Purchasing
