I am an ambitious and dedicated with over 16 years of working experience. Now I am Field Coordinator/Area Manager and lead/supervise a team of 21-25 people. I have acquired knowledge and skills in Management, team leading, Data Management and Data Handling, Monitoring, Policy Implementation, Communicating Data, within an organization and with external partners, office-based skills like MS Excel, MS Word slide presentations like PowerPoint, and field-based skills like Visit, Follow up, Field Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Auditing, as well. I am looking for a job that utilizes the knowledge and skills I have acquired over time through my professional experience and vocational education and helps me in the learning process. Below is a brief account of my work experience and education.
The Field Coordinator will provide 25% time for Office work and 75% time for Field Work while Field Coordinator will also:
· Responsible for Loan Cases files review and submission to Central Office before the deadline along with ensuring disbursement targets on monthly basis.
· Supervise the Loan/Credit Officers and Ensure 100% recovery of loan till 15th of each month.
· Ensure the 100% compliances as per FDO Sops.
· Visit the IFL branches each week by equal division of his/her time.
· Responsible for Cheques disbursement to all the borrowers on monthly basis.
· Develop KPIs of all staff and ensure the achievements accordingly.
· Supervise to Data Entry Operators and Loan/Credit Officers according to their JDs.
· Prepare the monthly progress reports/presentation to review the progress against assigned targets Loan/Credit Officer Viz/ Union Council Viz.
· Responsible for any delinquencies/overdue (if any), (No loan will be acceptable in overdue due to any reason).
· Ensure that all record in MIS (both MISs of PPAF and FDO) at branch level is 100% updated and reconciled and any day to day task is not pending.
· Report to Head of Islamic Microfinance and assist him if require any data regarding Job.
· Any other task assigned by Head of Islamic Microfinance/Management.

• Coordinating with over a hundred Partner Organizations (POs) of PPAF and civil society organizations to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Field visits for environmental and social auditing and preparing reports following it.
• Organized capacity building workshops for partner organizations and civil society organizations
• Look after administrative and financial matters of environment & social management unit.
• Prepare the monthly and annually budge of ESMU
• Follow up with over a hundred Partner Organizations (POs) of PPAF and civil society organizations to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Monitoring visits of Partner Organizations to ensure timely reporting and compliance
• Compilation and management of survey data and records
• Conducting field visits for monitoring and evaluation of development interventions supported by PPAF
• Validation of Poverty score cards
• Data entry and management and look after the data received from Waseela-e-Haq
• Regularly share the status for the data entry into Waseela-e-Haq MIS
• Clean the data to minimize the errors in reporting
• Responsible to perform other routine clerical tasks
• Coordination with Waseela-e-Haq program manager
