I would like to submit my profile along with this covering letter for the post of advertised. I have done my job being a lady health supervisor for 9 years in the National program for family planning and primary health care. My present assignment is with Mercy Corps (INGO) as a project assistant Lahore based. here my role/job responsibilities are to coordinate and facilitate district field teams and regional coordinator in to achieve targets/ tasks for project implementation. Here I also review of reports and data received by field teams and facilitate them (field teams ) in expense reimburse and advances issuance and liquidations at the end of the montrh. Before this I did my job as district field supervisor in Mercy Corps in three districts Kasur, Lahore and district Sahiwal in different times. During this I did different activities regarding TB i.e chest camps ,community gatherings, diallouges with community stakeholders,conduct coalitions meeting with local organizations in collaboration with health authorities.having experiense of monitoring of district level GPs(general practioners) for purpose of data collection and record updated at health facilities of patients ,medicine collection from main store and maintain stock register at district level and GP wise.collection of lab reagents and supplies regularly to district level labs. maintain household contacts of patints for purpose of screenings TB patients Prepare different recording and reporting tools and report to PIU office Lahore. Conducted different visits by PR office and Global Fund teams. I have done double masters in Socialogy and Islamioc Studies from BZU Multan. If you provide me a chance I am assure I am perfect candidate the above mentioned position.
I am comfortable in using most computer software, including MS office and can speak Punjabi, Urdu and English.
