The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of a unit providing strategic direction and oversight of all activities of the assigned unit including finance, operations and administration, provides leadership in the continued development, cultivation and growth of business for FINCA in the target market. And responsible for development and implementation of the operational plan and strategic objectives to meet outreach targets. The Manager is responsible for ensuring high quality business and financial services and promotes overall ownership and accountability for improving customer service and experience along responsible for operational integrity and branch compliance with all policies and procedures. Manages the daily activities of the unit and ensures the appropriate deployment of resources to optimize individual and team performance
