Branch Risk Officer
To facilitate and process all face to face verification meetings for applicants and guarantors.
To identify and escalate as appropriate queries arising from the verification process ensuring that only applicants and guarantors with verified and appropriate identification are given the loan facility.
Key Responsibilities
Use appropriate questioning/investigation techniques to probe apparent anomalies/queries.
Develop and maintain processes, documentation and checklists for verification of applicants and guarantors.
Assess the credibility and credit worthiness of the applicant and the guarantors.
Daily reporting on verifications of all the applicant and guarantors to Head of Risk.
Recommendations regarding repayment capacity of the borrower based on his findings.
Assists in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the Company's mission and helps execute staff succession and growth.
