• Administer/supervise the entire maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted MEP operations.
• Respond to all the emergency situations and take appropriate action. Ensure all the team members
should take safety measures while working.
• Inventory management of spares /consumables. Review planned preventive and corrective maintenance
to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Carryout technical appraisals of new equipment, plant and engineering material.
• Review existing work processes and improve by eliminating rework loops. Lead his/her department in
effective and an efficient manner to realize economical outcome.
• Develop and implement annual operational goals of the assigned area which should be aligned with the
overall departmental / divisional goals.
• Schedule / supervise electrical alteration works, remodeling and minor construction and carry out
random technical inspections of all the installation and servicing of electro mechanical equipment and
building facility systems.
• Develop periodical progress report on the projects in progress. Work with project teams; review
drawings and develop electrical projects based on the needs of the end users in coordination with the
architects and design team in the line with the standards and existing practices.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations; negotiate with the outside contractors for cost control through
Supply Chain department and compliance of outsourcing policy.
• Participate in the process of recruitment & selection, training, promotion, discipline, etc., and put
forward recommendations accordingly.

• Responsible in handling electrical problems & engineering issues at plant
building, work site or other location.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical
related works at site.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical Supports to all
the electrical work groups at site.
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower,
materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. required for all electrical
related works prior to execution.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and departmental
coordination with mechanical and civil groups.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable
monitoring reports on regular basis as required.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the Approved

• Coordinate and monitor implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance in conjunction with relevant
Section Heads.
