       Supervises and leads foremen, Lead men, skilled labor, and work crews in all activities concerned project. Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project. Able to demonstrate excellent labour management skills, following policies, procedures and work practices, and developing improvements where necessary.
       Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
      Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problem that may be rise.
      Day to day management of the site, including Supervision and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub contractor.
      Communicate with Clint and their representative (Architure, Engineer and Surveyors), including attending regular meeting to keep the informed of progress.`
      Reviews quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency.
      Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
      Enforcing all safety regulations on the construction site to ensure that all activities are disseminated safely
      Check plan, drawing and quantities of accuracy calculation.
      Ensure Survey actitives at site.
      Controlling work as per drawing design.
