Major Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Village Mapping/Profiling through Different Tools (BBCMs, Village Profile, Mapping, wealth ranking and CO Formation)
- Village mapping with community to priorities community needs
- Identify and Organize Capacity Building training events
- Conduct assessments KAP Survey
- Coordination with key stake holders
- Collect Information on Drought-affected Communities Generally and particularly on recovery Trend
- Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Food Security, Livelihood, Nutrition and WASH related intervention
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reporting
- Conduct Awareness Sessions on WASH, Nutrition
- Mobilize Community Group, Sensitize and Train them on specific Topics as Required, Organize and Facilitate Meetings.

Major Job Responsibilities:
- Liaison with stakeholders at district level and coordination
- Assist Project Staff in the overall planning, supervision, implementation, follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities
- Prepare monthly /quarterly work plan for assigned activities
- Ensure the implementation of work plan activities under project in target district
- Provide support to LHW program in organizing trainings on Support Group methodology
- Support LHW program in monitoring of Support group meetings in LHW’s covered areas
- Monitoring female Support group meetings in uncovered areas
- Participate in LHW program monthly meetings at district level
- Organize Advocacy events on MCH at district level
- Ensure the quality of Partnership Defined Quality (PDQ) implementation and formulation of Quality Improvement Teams (QITs)
- Monitor the implementation on action plan prepared by QIT and participate in monthly meetings of QIT
- Prepare and share regular progress reports of all the activities.
