I have experience of eight(08) years to appear,argue and plead the legal cases before the Honorable High Courts, Tribunals and all other Judicial Forums of Pakistan.
Currently I am working with Macter International Limited as Associate Manager Legal Affairs.
I can draft, review, amend and interpret all types of legal documents like lawsuits, appeals, petitions , agreements and landmark judgments of Superior Courts.
I professionally deal in corporate, civil and constitutional legal matters and I am also working for arbitration, trademark and intellectual Property laws. I would like to encourage the unique alternative dispute resolution between parties.
My research based articles on legal, social and political issues are continue publishing in leading newspapers of Pakistan.
Reading reported judgments, legal researches and interpretation of laws are my hobbies.
