· Develop the overall framework for project M&E systems in collaboration with donor and senior project staff, including requirements, reporting, baseline, and evaluation surveys; develop and monitor project management plan to systematically document performance
· Facilitate design of objectives, logic models, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation plans during annual work-planning process
· Contribute to the development of annual work plans to identify project targets and ensure inclusion of M&E activities
· Maintain existing indicator tracking tools; develop additional databases and tracking tools as needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of project interventions
· Generate monthly indicator reports for tracking progress against key indicators as needed
· Provide technical leadership and support to project and partner staff in planning and implementing M&E systems and activities, data-based program decision-making, and results reporting; provide training as needed
· Support recruiting, interviewing, and training new M&E staff and/or consultants
· Conducting Training of Enumerators on baseline survey HALDO,Teachers, Caregivers survey & on Focus group discussions with Teachers, Caregivers & Children’s
· Conducting training of Enumerators on baseline survey data punching in Kobo Toolbox, Google form & Excel
· Conducting training of Teachers, Caregivers & Children on online Learning Tree Application
· Write reports of Monitoring/ trainings according to donor need
· Maintain updated record of all concerned activities.

· Search best location for School/NFE Center through community engagement.
· Search and Hire Qualified and Experiecned Teachers for Centers.
· Provide logistics support to teacher provide them teaching and learning material for schools/Centers.

· Conduct Sessions with community members on multiple tool kit to increase the importance of project targeted community members.
· Identify CRPs Community resource persons as per project criteria.
· Conducting trainings and awareness sessions for the community’s members as resource person when and where needed.
· Develop and organize crop based and livestock based and implement all stages and components with regular field follow-up and interaction with participants.
· Organize and mobilize male and/or female farmers into groups, and/or use existing Community Organizations for this purpose, for establishment of FFS/FBS for participatory learning and trainings on specific crop or livestock production and quality related issues.
