During my seven years retail experience, I have gained a solid understanding of the Grocery Perishable Dali and fresh produce sector from product awareness and customer service through to management, budgets and occupational health and safety. I also have qualifications in both retail management and Food Safety.

I have worked my way up from Grocery attendant to my leaving position as Duty store manager at Woolworths Supermarket. I have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets keep work place safe and reducing staff turnover. I am instrumental in the planning and implementation of various sales and marketing strategies that help the store in building a good relationship with its customers. Examine various market trends devising plans to attract potential clients manage the store personnel and assigning various tasks to them were some of the job responsibilities carried out by me.
