To manage and leading the branch effectively to achieve liabilities and SME targets; implementation of superior customer service standards, while adhering to SBP and BAL’s policies and guidelines.
Principal Accountabilities: Plan annual sales and targets for the liabilities and SME business of the branch based on BAL’s target. Ensure ‘best-in-class’ customer service standards for the branch including handling customer finance customers. Provide regular feedback on competitor activities to Area Manager. Cascade branch targets to staff (sales and customer service) and regularly track and review performance and productivity of the sales team. Drive cross sale of consumer finance products. Be a key player in ensuring smooth transition of new organization structure along business lines and handling over of accounts, while ensuring customer is not inconvenienced. Facilitate centralization. Manage employee morale and retention especially during phase of organization transformation. Prepare MIS reports, productivity reports on a regular basis on a senior management’s review. Implement process in sales, service and delivery in accordance with established policies.
