· Point person for full recruitment within organization for open positions, from the inception of postings, reviewing resumes, initial interviews to presenting employment offers, pre-employment background check and drug testing to orientation set up.
· Maintained all employee files both manually and electronically, auditing periodically for compliance with legal requirements.
· Served as a link between management and employees and helped resolve work-related problems to create a positive environment and reduced employee turnover.
· Conducting exit interviews of employees at the time of separation from the company.
· Served as a member of the Management team and reported to the General Manager HR.
· Plan Administrator for all benefits and workman's comp needs.
· To arrange all COC audits and necessary arrangements for audits.
· Successfully assisted in conducting the audits of SEDEX, BSCI, GOTS, RAP, WWF & STEP are in execution stage.
· Successfully implemented and cleared the COC audits of various famous brands LEFTIES, WALMART, WOOLWORTH, INDITEX, REEBOK & POWERPLAY.
· To handle all day to day administrative & HR related issues.
· Conducting interviews of Management, Supervisory and other staff levels candidates.
· Developing and implementation of Policies and procedures. Managing Payroll attendance through Oracle System.
· Working on salary and making comparative analysis with the market salaries on yearly basis.
· Coordination and rectification of software related issues with HR & IT teams.
· Management of Company’s Transport and Transport route management.
· Follow up and analysis of confirmation & turnover reports on monthly basis.
· Liaison with Finance Department regarding matters of monthly salary process and others.
· Ensuring monthly Social Security & EOBI contributions of all units. Close liaison with PESSI, EOBI, Labour Department, EXCISE and Civil Defence for smooth functions.
· Issuance of charge sheets, inquiries, warnings, suspensions & dismissals against grievances.
· Ensuring Apprenticeship Training Program (hiring, registration, training & placement) according to the legal requirements.
· Issuance of contract letters to contractors of the company. Ensure the benefits of Workers from Welfare Board (Marriage Grant, Death grant, Talent Scholarship).
· Counselling of workers with Incharges and supervisors on floor disputes.
· Handling floor complaints and resolve workers related problems.
· To coordinate with top management regarding annual increments and promotions of company staff.
· Follow-up of final settlement (Resign & Retirements) with Finance and ensure the payments.
