I am serving as Finance Business Partner at Punjab Group ( investment Management) head office. Punjab is group is a conglomerate with leading presence in Education, Media, Health, Information Technology, Energy, Real Estate, Construction and Agriculture scetor etc.Currently, I am Managing provident investments and Trusts for all integrated entities with hundreds of IBU/SBUs spread across the nation.I have also have served as HR Financial Controller for the group at my initial appointment. Currently i am rendering my expertise in MIS/ERP development as part of Functional committee on behalf of centralized Finance Department.
In the Capacity of CFO i am responsible for Financial modelling, policy making, Projects financing both in our UK and Pakistan based projects and advising the board over strategies.

Implementation of Accounting policies and procedures
Preparation of trial balance and year end adjustments
Preparation of Management reports and accounts summaries
Budgeting (annual and activity based)
Disbursement of salaries and expenditure budgets
Approving payments and journal entries
Development of KPIs and training of staff
Maintaining Asset Register
Supervising internal audit of areas and schools
Accounts Reconciliation of areas
Handling bank account of region and Areas

Preparation of final accounts

Preparing daily and monthly Recovery reports and aging analyses
