Responsible for the installation, support and management of network technologies operating in 24x7 business environments.
• Work on APC UPS MGE and other model install repairing fault diagnose IP configuration etc.
• APC and unifier cooling unit’s maintenance
• Resolving windows system issues.
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems
• Troubleshooting network LAN and Wi-Fi issues.
• Installation of Hardware and software at the customer’s premises.
• Administration of ticketing system/helpdesk system for the resolution of complaints.
• Installation and configuration of system and network printers and scanners.
• Managing all customer issues and if required escalate it to required departments.
• Perform troubleshoot on all network and application issues and recommend resolutions to
ensure better customer services.
